We specialize in providing individualized 24 hour supports and supervision to individuals with mental illness, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and chemical dependency. Our services also include working with individuals with dual diagnosis, complex behavioral and medical needs.

Our Philosophy

Our philosophy is to provide highly individualized care to promote maximum independence while positively recognizing the challenges of everyday life and the skills necessary to effectively adapt. We practice our philosophy by surrounding the client goals with a team based approach. Starting with the individual and their specific needs, we develop a plan with their family and other outside supports that becomes the road map for wellness and independence.

 

Our Location

Our homes are located in the heart of the Duluth community providing each client with the opportunity to access public services and other supports independently or with staff members. Each residence can serve up to 4 clients in a warm family like environment. Our Staff

We employ skilled staff members that are truly passionate about serving the needs of our clients first. Staff members receive on-going training that includes First Aid, medication administration, therapeutic redirection/de-escalation techniques, and mental health certification. All other training is program/client specific to promote a positive and professional relationship between staff and client.

Our goal is to provide a balance between structure and independence. While we promote personal responsibility, there are safety guidelines that all residents follow.

Length of stay varies based on each individual’s needs and goals. Our staff will develop a tailored plan with residents to ensure their progress.
